Each Tagiz tag comes with a QR code and an NFC chip. When someone finds your item, they can scan the QR code or tap the NFC chip using their smartphone. 

The person will then see the contact information you’ve chosen to display, allowing them to reach out to you.

Yes, you have full control over which contact details are displayed. You can choose to share your Phone Number, Email Address, or Name, and adjust these settings whenever you like.

People who scan the tag can contact the owner through several methods, including WhatsApp, Email, Phone Call, or SMS, depending on the contact details the owner has provided.

When someone scans your Tagiz tag, you will receive an instant email notification, including the approximate location of the scan. Additionally, the person who scanned the tag can choose to share the exact location with you, helping you recover your lost item more easily.

While Tagiz doesn’t provide constant tracking, you’ll receive the estimated location of your tag when someone scans it. If the finder shares their exact location, you can access that information too.

No, you don’t need an app to use or scan the Tagiz tags. Anyone with a smartphone can scan the QR code or tap the NFC chip to view your contact information, making it simple and user-friendly.

Yes, Tagiz tags work with any smartphone that has a camera and internet access. Both iPhone and Android devices can scan the QR code or use the NFC feature to access the contact information.

Yes, Tagiz works globally. As long as the finder has internet access, they can scan your tag and reach out to you from anywhere in the world.

Each Tagiz tag comes with one year of service included. After the first year, you can renew the tag for continued use. There is also an optional premium service for additional features, like real-time scan alerts via WhatsApp or SMS.
